Guarantees for travel sector

In accordance with the Danish National Consumer Protection Agency’s bulletin number 503 of 9 June 2004, §1, travel companies and those who act as agents for foreign travel companies shall be registered with the travel bond fund in order to be permitted to exchange and sell travel services. Once a year, travel organizers and agencies shall pay an administration fee. A guarantee is required as security for this payment.
